Profiles and Lists

In order to provide meaning and structure to the statistics contained in the database, they must be linked to specific resources (e.g. bibliographic citation databases, journals, e-books, etc.), which in turn are owned and/or provided by specific vendors. In addition, a profile for each institution allows them to conduct searches for their own statistics and group those statistics by academic programs and other subject groupings.

Vendor List

A handy reference list that reflects the electronic resources currently utilized by ERUS members. The list includes date of month when stats are updated, COUNTER compliance status, statistics URLs, and administrative URLs. List sortable by Vendor, stats date, or COUNTER status and downloadable as .csv, .xls, or XML for transfer to ILS or other ERM system.

Resource List

A handy reference list that reflects the electronic resources currently utilized by ERUS members. The list includes current Vendors providing access, Resource Type indexing, and Subject indexing. List sortable by Product or Vendor and downloadable as .csv, .xls, or XML for transfer to ILS or other ERM system.

Subject List

The current list of subjects associated with the various resources in the ERUS database.

Programs List

The current list of academic programs identified by the institution, which are then associated with various subjects in order to do analysis by institutional groupings.

Institutional Profile

Details of the instiution including contact information, enrollment, Carnegie classification, etc.
