Explore My JourneyMy Journey
Library director specializing in access, facility management, and outreach. Implementing technology, managing projects, and supervising staff since
Over the past 15 years I've been instrumental in the creation of two major digital libraries, been responsible for launching the use of numerous library softwares, training staff to use new systems and workflows, and was in charge of the public services facilities and staff in the launch of a new 120 million dollar building project at a premier college.
I am now leading an exemplary public library for a unique New England town and teaching graduate classes for one of the top library science programs. I specialize in documentation, workflow management, coaching employees to continue their success, and making sure our library is welcoming and accessible to people of all kinds, including those with visible and invisible disabilities.
I enjoy playing with technology, emersing myself in stories, and observing nature.
