My current role is as a Data Management Lead at Peltz Shoes. I'm responsible for
managing orders from store/warehouse locations, managing our operating systems
to ensure we're processing orders in a timely fashion, and checking our
operating systems for failures and escalating as needed.
Previously I've worked at Shoe Department as a store associate. I assisted customers,
processed transactions, and created store displays.
I've also worked as a retail manager for Book Arts Collaborative. This was an
immersive learning opportunity at Ball State where I was able to work with
vendors in the local Muncie area to sell our product. I managed our sales
and created new events which generated higher sales than we had in previous years
by about 1,000 dollars.
I've been a team member at the dining facility on Ball State's campus as well
as a team member at a Pizza Hut. Both of which included both customer service
and food handling responsibilities.
