Asia Foundation
Prof. Chen was the project director of a fellowship program supported by Asia Foundation
in 1981. This fellowship supported a staff member from the Institute of Scientific and
Technical Information of China, Beijing, China, to be trained at the Graduate School of
Library and Information Science, Simmons College.
