The long-awaited software companion on Mac to the interactive videodisc products of PROJECT EMPEROR-I, entitled The First Emperor of China, is finally available for public distribution. It was published by The Voyager Company in January 1993. The popular version of the videodisc is available for $99 from The Voyager Company. The interactive software companion is available from The Voyager Company for %69.95. The comprehensive version with 4-sided disc-set is also available directly from the GSLIS, Simmons College, for $349. Currently, efforts are being made to complete the 80-hour interactive courseware for the comprehensive version.
By September 1993, The Voyager Company will publish the QuickTime CD-ROM version of The First Emperor of China.
