B/W Printers
All Black and white printing on plain paper is free in the Comm Labs. Additional papers are available for a nominal fee.
HP LaserJet 9040
The HP LaserJet 9040 is the B/W printer for the Comm Labs. It can print from letter (8.5"x12") up to tabloid (11"x17") size.
Color Printers
There is a nominal fee for all color printing in the Comm Labs. Please consult a Lab Monitor for assistance printing in color. For detailed information on printing prices, please see the cost of printing guide.
HP Color LaserJet 3800
This laserjet printer will print on 8.5"x11" paper and you may choose between plain paper, bright white paper, or HP Premium Presentation paper.
Epson Stylus Pro 3800
This printer will print up to 13"x19" and should be used for high quality final prints.
Epson Stylus Photo 2000P
This printer will print up to 13"x19" and should be used for high quality, archival, final prints. Please allow for at least 30 minutes printing time when printing anything larger than 8"x11".
Extra Large Format Printing
The Amazon printer (Epson Stylus 7500) is available to print large format posters (bigger than 13x19). You may chose from either Premium Photo Luster paper or German Etching Watercolor paper. Each print costs $4.00 per square foot of paper. Be advised that this printer takes a long time to print. If you want to use it, plan ahead. Printing is by appointment only.
