REMINDER OF DNC IMPACT
NOTE FROM MARY D
REGISTRATION

General Information

REMINDER OF DNC IMPACT
No MBA classes, day or evening, all week
MBA office open from 9-2:30, M-TH, 9-2pm on Friday
Beth is on vacation next week, Mary D, Chris and Paula will be here.

NOTE FROM MARY D
The smiles are finally beginning to re-surface as this week ends and the end of the semester draws even closer!! BGGE presentations, which Beth and I attended, were fabulous, and are done!! Strategy has their last class tonite; Operations last class is over, and most electives are done!! But, many of you still have finals and papers due, so I would ask students who have finished to be respectful of the fact that not everyone is done and students need to be able to find quiet spaces and study rooms to complete their work.

REGISTRATION
Registration is still open until 7/23 at 10am and we need a lot of you still to register. Now that major deliverables and classes are mostly behind you, please go to SOAR and register for the fall.

GRADUATION INVITATION TO ALL CURRENT STUDENTS
All current students are invited to attend graduation at the John Hancock Hall, 180 Berkeley St in Boston at 10am, August 6. It is a fabulous ceremony and is over by noon at the latest, so if you can take a couple of hours off from work, it is well worth it and usually serves as a motivator that you too will be marching across that stage!! This is the first time we have had the opportunity to invite current students because we are in a much bigger space, so we would love to see you!! Tickets are not required!!

Unofficial Transcripts
You can print an unofficial transcript from SOAR that will print your name, courses, grades and credits. Many employers will accept this for tuiton reimbursement verification.

Financial Aid Information

Financial Aid Updates

Are you graduating in August? Is your tuition balance paid?

If you are not sure about the answers to these questions, you need to contact the Office of Student Financial Services. Please call our main lines to be directed to the appropriate staff member, either a Student Account Representative or a Financial Aid Officer. Our main lines are x2001 and x2009.

Outstanding balances must be paid by July 15th in order to graduate. If your tuition bill has not been paid, you will need to contact the Office of Student Financial Services immediately.

Our summer hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The cashier's window closes at 4pm, Monday through Thursday and at 1pm on Fridays during the summer.

Are you returning for the fall semester?

Fall bills will be mailed in the upcoming weeks and any balance due must be paid by August 15th. If your financial aid from all sources will cover the balance, you do not need to make payment. The scheduled disbursement date for fall loans is September 23rd. Please plan accordingly. Student Account Representatives are available to answer your billing questions.

Students who will need advances or book vouchers are encouraged to contact their assigned Financial Aid Officer no earlier than the week before classes begin. You will need to come to the Main Campus Building to process both a book voucher and an advance. Students who want book vouchers should have an estimate of the cost of their books before requesting a voucher.

During the first week of classes the Office of Student Financial Services will be meeting with students on a walk-in basis only. Please be prepared to wait a few minutes to see a financial aid officer or account representative during that week. Walk-in appointments will be available after this week, however, students are encouraged to make a scheduled appointment with their assigned financial aid officer during other times of the year.

Winter office hours will resume during the first week of class in September. Winter office hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am - 4:30pm on Fridays. We will have extended hours during the first week of classes.
