Baked Oatmeal
Sumbitted by Liz Donovan
Adapted from The Mayo Clinic
My roommate eats oatmeal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and she made this last week. She ate hers with milk, berries, and nuts. I took the less healthy route and mixed mine with some ice cream but honestly both sound good to me. This recipe serves eight but you might not want to share with that many people, it's so good.

- 2. Mix the oil, the applesauce, the sugar, and the eggs together in a bowl
