Cooking Instruction
- 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl just until combined. Do not over-mix.
- 2. Divide meat mixture into 6-8 equal portions, shaping each into a tight ball.
- 3. Flatten ball into a disc. Make it thinner in the center, using a spoon to indent is a good option.
- 4. Arrange patties on a large plate. (If they don't fit in a single layer use plastic wrap, parchment paper or wax paper to separate the layers.)
- 5. Cook immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to cook (up to 12 hours).
- 6. Heat skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
- 7. Cook burgers on first side until a nice dark sear appears, 3-4 minutes.
- 8. Flip and cook on second side until cooked to desired doneness, 2-6 minutes. (Meat Thermometer is recommended for checking doneness)
