Cooking Instruction

  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl just until combined. Do not over-mix.
  2. 2. Divide meat mixture into 6-8 equal portions, shaping each into a tight ball.
  3. 3. Flatten ball into a disc. Make it thinner in the center, using a spoon to indent is a good option.
  4. 4. Arrange patties on a large plate. (If they don't fit in a single layer use plastic wrap, parchment paper or wax paper to separate the layers.)
  5. 5. Cook immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to cook (up to 12 hours).
  6. 6. Heat skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  7. 7. Cook burgers on first side until a nice dark sear appears, 3-4 minutes.
  8. 8. Flip and cook on second side until cooked to desired doneness, 2-6 minutes. (Meat Thermometer is recommended for checking doneness)
