Fettuccine Alfredo

A delicious, hot pasta dish with broccoli and chicken. It's pretty simple to make so it's great for beginners or people like me who are culinarily challenged. I make a mean tray of ice, I'll have you know.
Cooking Instruction
- 1. Salt and pepper the chicken
- 2. Grill chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side
- 3. Steam the broccoli but only partially because it will go back in the pot later
- 4. Cook the pasta to al dante (about 8 min) HINT: Add salt to the water to keep it from sticking
- 5. Heat the alfredo on low in a pot with a bit of oregano and parsley
- 6. Slice the chicken into strip or however you prefer it be cut
- 7. Add the chicken and the broccoli to the sauce and stir it up
- 8. Mix the pasta in and enjoy!
