Fettuccine Alfredo

A delicious, hot pasta dish with broccoli and chicken. It's pretty simple to make so it's great for beginners or people like me who are culinarily challenged. I make a mean tray of ice, I'll have you know.

Cooking Instruction

  1. 1. Salt and pepper the chicken
  2. 2. Grill chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side
  3. 3. Steam the broccoli but only partially because it will go back in the pot later
  4. 4. Cook the pasta to al dante (about 8 min) HINT: Add salt to the water to keep it from sticking
  5. 5. Heat the alfredo on low in a pot with a bit of oregano and parsley
  6. 6. Slice the chicken into strip or however you prefer it be cut
  7. 7. Add the chicken and the broccoli to the sauce and stir it up
  8. 8. Mix the pasta in and enjoy!
