Summer Salad

This sweet, light, and delicious salad is perfect for a summer day! It's vegetarian and vegan-friendly, perfect for a backyard cookout or as a side to a family dinner! It's my favorite salad to make! Enjoy!
Cooking Instruction
- 1. Carefully wash the romaine lettuce and the fruits, tomatoes, and cucumbers
- 2. Cut the romaine lettuce into small pieces. Slice it up 4 times length-wise first without chopping off any pieces, turning after every slice, then width wise to cut small chunks
- 3. Place the loose romaine lettuce into a big salad bowl
- 4. Cut the strawberries into 4ths. Throw into salad bowl
- 5. Put the blueberries, grape tomatoes into the salad bowl
- 6. Cut the English cucumbers to small pieces, throw into the salad bowl
- 7. Put the pecans into the salad bowl
- 8. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed
- 9. Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil in the salad bowl
- 10. Add light balsamic vinegar to taste
- 11. Pair with a piece of baguette for additional deliciousness
