A. How would you evaluate your participation in the work of the Board this year?
B. Do the Board’s operating committees play an appropriately active and effective role in the activities of the Board?.
C. Have the Board’s operating committees been successful in bringing their research, work and recommendations to the full Board for consideration?
D. Have the monthly Board meetings provided adequate opportunities for full and open exchanges on the issues presented for Board consideration?
E. Does the Board devote sufficient time to the consideration of strategic and long-range issues?
F. How well is the time the Board spends on routine business managed?
G. Have Trustees been kept adequately informed of Board and school affairs?
