B. Lynch at the Boston Children's Museum

Visit the Windows Project - Folly Roger & the Sunken Treasure

The Boston Children’s Museum commissioned artists to create a partnership with the old and new. The artists developed their installations for the windows that straddle the old museum and the new addition. They chose objects from the extensive permanent collection and then created their own new work. B. Lynch’s piece is appropriately in the PeepsWorld section of the museum.

Concept: The objects from the collection are offset visually by the colorful more abstracted world of the Folly Roger ship and the created underwater world featuring bright fish and reefs. Folly Roger & the Sunken Treasure will explore history and archeology in easy to grasp terms.
