• Print and electronic resource tools such as: Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, LiveEdgar, Factiva, Bloomberg, Thomson One Analytics, FactSet, and/or Baseline
• Budget management
• Reference experience
• Collection development
• Strong technical skills
• Experience searching print and electronic sources
• Track industry information
• Ability to critically select vendors and equipment and negotiate contracts
• Staff supervision • Ability to analyze, abstract, and/or synthesize information
• Report writing
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL language, data query
• Web architecture, and or XML
• Statistics
• Archive and/or store documents
• Microsoft Excel and Access
