9/14: First meeting of class
9/21: Presentation by Jon Kimball on conducting research at Simmons (6:15-7:00pm)
9/28: Tour to GSLIS Usability Lab (8:20-9:00pm)
10/5:
Talk by Candy Schwartz on research publication processes and GSLIS PhD Program  (6:15-7:00pm). Linda Watkins describes workshops for the class assignment/project (7:30-7:45)
11/9: Guest Presentation: Maria Cervone, Informatics Project Manager, Center for Biomedical Informatics, Harvard Medical School to present on informatics projects that involve development and evaluation of online systems (6:00-7:00pm)
11/16: Normal class session ends at 7:50pm: The remaining class time for questionnaire pretest (assignment 3)
11/30:

12/7:  Written evaluation research proposal due. Evaluation proposal project presentation day I
