semester, you will be working with a fellow classmate to develop a research proposal on
a topic that you have chosen and considered to be important to evaluation
research in Library

proposal development status prior to the final presentation.
Details will
be available on the project sheet.

The mid-term quiz will take place during the 6th class session. It will test the basic conceptual knowledge gained in the first five sessions of the course.
- Class
Participation and Presentation (10%)
Attendance is
expected at every class meeting. This is an intensive class in evaluation research methods and
students need to attend each session. In the event of an
unavoidable absence, students should inform the instructor and make arrangements to
pick up lecture notes and handouts. Class participation includes
attendance, engaging in class discussion, involvement in presentations
and other in-class activities.
