2/11: Presentation by Marlene Heroux, Mass Board of Library Commissioners, on using LibQUAL to evaluate academic library services
2/18: No class: President's Day
2/25: Presentation by Candy Schwartz on research publication processes and GSLIS PhD program
3/10:  No class: Spring Break
4/7:  Normal class session ends at 4:20pm: The remaining class time for questionnaire pretest (assignment 3)
