designed specifically for academic institutions, provides more than 5,300
full-text periodicals, including 4,400 peer-reviewed journals. In addition
to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than
9,300 journals and a total of 10,900 publications including monographs,
reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content
going back as far as 1865.

The most complete guide to alternative & radical
media plus a guide to publishers' addresses. The Alternative
Press Index is widely regarded as the leading guide to the alternative
press in North America. Citations are drawn from roughly 380 alternative,

and theories of cultural, economic, political, and social change.

International Affairs Online (CIAO)
The most comprehensive source for theory and research
in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship from
1991 onward that includes working papers from university research institutes,
occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects,
proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs. All sections
are updated monthly.

Programs publishes five electronic journals (Economic Perspectives, U.S.

The PAIS International database from CSA contains references
to more than 553,300 journal articles, books, government documents, statistical
directories, grey literature, research reports, conference reports, publications
of international agencies, microfiche, Internet material, and more. This
resource includes publications from over 120 countries throughout the world.
In addition to English, some of the indexed materials are published in
French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
