Verizon Scholars Program

The Verizon Scholar's Program is run by Simmons College and TechBoston, sponsored by Verizon. The program involved 16 high school girls from Boston Public schools and eight Simmons College undergraduates. The high school students were mentored in web design techniques and programs. In the design of this site I wanted to reflect the sites that the students created. This site was created to be a promotional tool to get both Boston Public students and Simmons College students acquainted with the program.
