Mom's Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2lbs of hamburger meat
- 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
- 1 med onion chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
This recipe goes great with spaghetti or for meatball subs. If the hamburger meat is replaced with soy meat it also can be vegetarian friendly.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roll into balls about 1 inch in size.
- Drop into your pot of sauce.
- Cook on medium heat for one hour.
