Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Bread of your choosing
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and take out its contents. Leave the seed to the side.
- In a bowl, mash up the avocado until it reaches a chunky consistency.
- Toast any bread of your choosing.
- Add in the olive oil and stir. Once it is evenly distributed, sprinkle in the salt and pepper. Mix well.
- You can now add this spread on top of your toast and enjoy it by itself, or you can alternatively add more toppings like smoked salmon or a fried egg.
