Marvel Crisis Protocol

Funko Pop toy of Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel

Marvel Crisis Protocol (MCP) is a painted miniatures game featuring a vast array of Marvel Characters put into exciting scenarios. Get in on the action and unleash your strategy maven skills!

Steps to Engaging With MCP

  1. Have a think about your favorite Marvel characters, villians included. Who would you LOVE to have on your side in a fight?
  2. Browse Atomic Mass Games' gallery of MCP miniatures. Which models, known as "sculpts," look awesome to your eye?
  3. Get a feel for the game. You can do this by watching YouTube tutorials (like the one below) or reaching out to your local game store to see if any MCP demos are scheduled. Check out the rules too!
  4. Try assembling some models. Atomic Mass Games offers a "Core Box" that includes several models and terrain--or you can simply pick a single character you like. (My first was She-Hulk.) You'll need some crafting super glue, an exacto knife, jewelry clippers, and a craft mat.
  5. It's painting time! Pull together some small brushes, a plastic paint palate, and some paper towels. MCP model boxes have art demonstrating one way you can paint your models, but the internet has so many more ideas! Search MCP on social networks for inspiration.
  6. You're ready to get in a game. It's not always cheap to assemble a full roster of characters, but don't let that stop you! At demo events you can test out characters before buying anything.
  7. Have fun. Remember, simply by stepping into this universe you're making it more diverse and interesting. And where else can YOU choose to have Scarlet Witch throw a building at Thanos?
