There are two pieces of that which I find so useful that I have pulled them out separately here.
The first is the chart with sites which are useful for many different technologies.
The second is the list of bloggers and tweeters on advanced topics.
I have not tried all of the 100 tech experts or all of the w3fools contributors, but I do follow those on the short list.
