About the Recipe Book Project

College Student Samantha "Sam" Ryan, the creator of Cuisine de dortoir, is a senior studying Computer Science at Simmons University. After moving from the dorms into an apartment, it had become incredibly apparent that her minimal cooking abilities would not be able to get her through the year. Starting this site she has been able to begin curating simply recipes and tips to help limit the number of nights she must live of off soup cans and instant noodles.
