Garlic Bread

Perfectly golden and crispy, this garlic bread is a wonderful addition to almost anything!! Addapted from Rian Handler, this recipe for the classic side requires a handful of staple ingredients and will be ready in less than 30 minutes. Garlic bread is perfect to complete all of your favorite pasta dinners at home. For the best results: keep it simple, and use LOTS of garlic.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 baguette or loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 c. finely grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix garlic, butter, parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Liberally spread cut sides of bread with garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Arrange on prepared sheet.
- Bake bread until toasty and golden at the edges, about 10 minutes.
