Cuba 2003

As part of the National Ambassadorship Program, and sponsored by St. John Fisher College in coordination with the US State Department, I was invited to spend nearly two weeks traveling across the island nation of Cuba.
I was accompanied on the trip by three other students, my Latin America Politics professor, St. John Fisher's President at the time; the late Katherine Keough, as well as various members of the State Department.
The Ambassadorship Program was created by President Truman, as a way for academia to connect across international borders regardless of the the diplomatic climate between nations. President Bush Jr. ended the program upon our return to the US.

I took so many photos, but these are my favorites.
