- Advised four 5CollDH Undergraduate Fellows on digital components in their senior thesis projects; guided the students through technical hurdles, and ensured they successfully met fellowship deadlines.
- Designed & led a 1.5-hour workshop on the Twine digital writing tool at UMass Amherst for 30 undergraduate students & 7 community members; consulted attendees on technical issues surrounding coding variables, conditional logic, CSS, & JavaScript, introduced a method for creating stable story URLs & caching multimedia files via Github repositories, adapted & distributed preexisting pedagogical materials, & administered a follow-up survey in which respondents indicated increased familiarity with digital writing.
- Consulted with 3 faculty members working in digital humanities on 3 projects to update humanities course curricula & integrate teaching technologies into the syllabi; determined individual project needs, developed personalized plans of action, recommended specific digital platforms including Scalar, Omeka, & Omeka S.
